I asked God to heal my heart and show me His truth about this situation. He reminded me: ■I wasn’t giving all of my burdens over to Him to carry; I was believing the lie that He wanted me to carry them all.

■His yoke is easy and His burden is light. Whenever I am feeling that my burden is too much it means I’m carrying burdens that aren’t mine to carry.

■I had lost my one thing focus of intimacy with Him—that’s what He wants from me, not for me to work for Him or carry all of these burdens!

■I was not bringing Him into every situation. I wasn’t asking for His help and thanking Him in advance for enabling me to get every single detail done.
